Munchies are candy covered in milk chocolate with a soft caramel and a crunchy cookie center. Launched in 1957, this product is available in a tube and also in a sharing bag. The original variety of sandwiches are individual candies coated in milk chocolate with a center of caramel and cookies. Munchies' Gooey candy and cookie sharing bar is now available at a variety of supermarkets and convenience stores and low-price stores, including Iceland, B%26M, Home Bargains, Poundland and Spar. However, as incredibly tasty as they are, the makers of one of our favorite treats, Nestlé, have decided to go one step further and launch the first Munchies Gooey Caramelo and Biscuit bar to share (we'll let you play the sharing part). Now there's a delicious new way to enjoy Munchies, with the launch of the brand's first sharing bar. In 1995, the confectionery formerly known as Mintola (almost identical in appearance to Munchies, but which consisted of natural chocolate with a mint fondant background) was renamed Mint Munchies.
